Iroc Prod is the manufacturing division of Gestion Iroc. Its function: turn a concept, a product, a material or a technical constraint into a concrete, structured, operable production capacity.
Its expertise is not limited to making parts or running a conventional setup. Iroc Prod develops, implements and grows a complete production chain around the product to be made: a single product, custom production, progressive ramp-up or large-scale output. Volume does not define Iroc Prod; the technical, commercial and operational reality of the project sets the configuration of the system.
Depending on the mandate, the division integrates the materials, moulds, equipment, methods, operation sequences, automation, quality controls, handling and work organisation required. 3D-printed moulds designed and built in-house are one concrete capability serving a broader expertise.
When a product cannot be made efficiently with an existing chain, Iroc Prod does not ask the client to simplify the need: the division rethinks how to produce and develops the manufacturing system around the product. The product must not be limited by the existing chain. The chain must be built around the product.
