Five years of custom projects delivered — never off the catalogue. Iroc Prod is the manufacturing core of the group: concrete products, with recycled glass powder, cast in 3D-printed moulds designed and built in-house.

The 3D-printed mould changes the rules: it allows shapes traditional formwork cannot follow, at a short-run cost that is hard to beat. High-end design, complex geometries, a single piece or a small batch — to us, it is the same production flow.

When a client arrives with a need that got called "impossible" elsewhere, that is exactly the kind of project we like to receive. Our answer fits in one sentence: if it can be drawn, it can be moulded, and if it can be moulded, we can produce it.

It is those "impossible" projects that push us to develop something new — a new mix, a new mould, a new casting sequence — rather than imposing the limits of a standard process on the client.

Iroc Prod is stage 04 — Production: the division receives the moulds designed by Iroc 3D and built by Iroc 3D FAB, and turns materials validated by Iroc Lab into delivered products — notably the urban furniture sold by Irocrete.
